WISE/MCCORMACK GRADUATE SCHOLARS AWARD PROGRAM

The WISE/McCormack Graduate Scholars Award Program offers WISE members a unique opportunity to further their education at one of the country's most prestigious sport management programs. The program provides two WISE members with tuition-free admission into one of two graduate programs at the Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management at UMass Amherst.

Applications are now open for the 2022 semester.

EMERGING LEADERS

The WISE Emerging Leaders Certificate Program is specifically designed to expand the leadership capabilities of female professionals in middle management. This program will help participants hone their understanding and application of business, strategic and financial acumen; and prepare them for advancement.

POWER OF CHOICE

A five-month immersive program, the WISE Power of Choice for Emerging Leaders of Color is tailored to underrepresented high potential female talent. Participants identify the barriers to career and personal development and implement strategies to build their own path. Key to this program is the pairing of the participant and their manager.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Launched in 2014, the WISE Executive Leadership Institute (WELI) serves as the gold standard in leadership development programs and is designed to help women executives become more effective leaders and skillfully navigate their business environment. The customized curriculum, which leverages the faculty and resources of Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, addresses the critical business acumen and personal leadership skills needed by any successful executive, as well as the specific challenges faced by women in the business of sports.
