Featured Programs

The WISE Career Accelerator Program is a practical, skills-based approach to developing the foundational behaviors required for leadership. Gain critical exposure to fundamental practices that transform and elevate how you perform and collaborate.

Our training programs are focused on helping you uncover new opportunities today, prepare for future roles, and progress to the next stage of your career. Designed as four virtual sessions over an eight-week period, you'll learn from certified coaches and get individual access to tools for sustained learning and prioritizing personal development.

The WISE Emerging Leaders Program takes a comprehensive approach to training midlevel managers to thrive under pressure from both above and below. Through a practical, skills-based approach, develop the practices required to execute long-term strategy, build influence across the organization while also leading teams and manage complexity on a day-to-day basis.

This program's hybrid design includes one in-person training day and four virtual training sessions each followed by small group coaching for hands-on practice of the skill.

The WISE/McCormack Graduate Scholars Award Program offers WISE members a unique opportunity to further their education at one of the country's most prestigious sport management programs. The program provides two WISE members with tuition-free admission into one of two graduate programs at the Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management at UMass Amherst. This is an in-person program that takes place on campus.
Applications are available for 2026. Deadline is Feb. 1, 2026.

Launched in 2014, the WISE Executive Leadership Institute (WELI) serves as the gold standard in leadership development programs and is designed to help WISE executives become more effective leaders and skillfully navigate their business environment. The customized curriculum, which leverages the faculty and resources of Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, addresses the critical business acumen and personal leadership skills needed by any successful executive, as well as the specific challenges faced by WISE members in the business of sports.
