Who Attends

Since its launch in 2021, more than 250 women have participated in the WISE Emerging Leaders Certificate Program. Alumnae have represented more than 100 companies across the sports landscape, including leagues, teams, media, venues, brands, nonprofits, such as CBS Sports, Coca-Cola, FOX Sports, MLB, MLS/SUM, NASCAR, NBA, NBC Sports, NFL, NHL, Under Armour, USGA and USTA, as well as major league teams.

The program is specifically designed to expand the leadership capabilities of female professionals in middle management, defined as supervisors, project leads, managers, senior managers and directors (depending on organization/company structure and size). Participant job titles range from coordinators through VPs, across all disciplines within the industry.
